What Did I Have For Breakfast

As a person gets older it's not uncommon to be increasingly forgetful. The indications are sometimes very subtle. A thought can be missing and it's absence not noticed. It might be rediscovered - or not. There are a few memory exorcises used to fill in the missing information.  Attempting to link the before and after information for example. Sometimes this works and sometimes not. Unfortunately, the information may be completely lost. At least for the moment.

You might recall it sometime in the future - usually when you no longer need it.
